Founding Members
The Bahamas National Symphony Orchestra was established through the dedication, vision, and commitment of its founding members, whose passion for music created an institution that continues to enrich the cultural life of our nation.
The Orchestra is presently undertaking a historical preservation initiative to document every founding member, conductor, musician, volunteer, patron, and supporter who has contributed to its success.
Former members and their families are encouraged to assist by sharing photographs, concert programmes, newspaper articles, recordings, and personal recollections to help preserve the Orchestra’s remarkable history.
Legacy Wall
The Legacy Wall honours every individual who has contributed to the Bahamas National Symphony Orchestra throughout its history.
As the Orchestra’s historical archive continues to grow, this page will recognize founders, conductors, concertmasters, musicians, executive members, volunteers, patrons, sponsors, donors, and friends whose dedication has shaped the Orchestra across the decades.
